We test our products with you for 30 days. If you try any of our products for 30 days and you are still not satisfied with your purchase, we will ask for a full refund. No tricks, no tricks.

We also don’t like strict rules, so we’ll give you a 15 day discount at the top of the 30 day refund policy so you can contact us and request a refund.


All refund and refund requests must be made 30 days after the date of your purchase but 45 days after the date of your purchase. All customers requesting a refund must complete a refund request form before any refund is issued.

If you have an immovable product, We ask you to please send it to us, we will pay the return shipping (request return shipping label here). If your product (s) are open or used, no problem, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we can still refund you, just fill out the refund request form. If you have received the wrong item or just want to exchange, please see the “Exchanges / Received invalid items” section below.

Are you returning any Unopened Product? Please check the following:

  • Returned items must be unopened, in original packaging.
  • Pack the item(s) securely in the package along with the order number or the original packing slip.

We issue refunds using the credit card used to make the actual purchase. After we receive your full refund request form, we will process your refund and credit the original credit card you used for the previous purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days to view a refund on your statement.


Do we spoil you and send you an incomplete order? If your order is incomplete or you miss the product, please do not worry! We will fix any errors or problems. Please send an email to Please be sure to include your name and order number. Let us know what’s missing and we’ll send you your lost product the same way.
